PM message scam

I received one of those PM message scams from someone wanting money wired to some Ivory Coast bank....you know the drill, you've probably gotten them in your e-mail six million times before.  Anyway, I banned her and deleted her profile.  I'll modify the board so that newly-registered people can't PM right away to prevent this kind of thing.
